Who We Are
We are a behaviour based private sector institution promoting client learning as we support the transformation and growth of development and service sector organisations. We support organisations through organisational assessments, capacity building, project management, programme evaluations, advocacy, research and policy advice. We are committed to strengthening and empowering those organisations that work to restore the dignity and improve the livelihoods of very poor, vulnerable, excluded and marginalised people in poor communities in developing countries.
ODC’s vision is one of vibrant organisations that transform the lives of poor and powerless people from poverty to prosperity. We earn the trust and respect of our partners and clients through quality and contemporary interventions driven by the competence, commitment and integrity of our staff.
